Sick :(

I’ve been really sick the last few days, my mom has informed she thinks I’ve lost weight and that I look like a scarecrow….thanks mom. I don’t think I have but w/e my face looks better when I’m super thin anyway. I’m so lightheaded right now and my hearts pounding.

I woke up this morning and my heart was pounding like crazy,I was shaky and I started to have dry heaves….this hasnt happened to me in several months..I’ve been able to have days where I dont eat and I havnt been getting sick like that :/

Confession - I feel like a clingy and needy girlfriend. I most likely need to talk to my boyfriend more than most, I dont have a way to escape myself…he is the better half of me, my best friend, the one I can tell anything too. Without him I’m stuck sitting here..my mind going wild with reasons and thoughts of why I’m fat, ugly and need to cut. I dont want to be this way…but I cant help who I am?
